Yeah it's not bad, still cramming in as much as i can before the big day! haha.
Want to get my run time down mainly, my last one was 23:10. Sit ups I'm getting over 60 and press ups my last effort was 46. I've been doing weights circuits for a while now too for my overall endurance. Just got to turn up and give it our best shot!

You've got plenty of time to shave those seconds off the run mate, just stick at it! Next time you go for a run just concentrate on running a bit quicker than usual, it doesn't have to be much, even 1 second quicker per 100 meters takes a lot off your total. Then next time try and run a bit quicker again. Just refuse to let yourself slow down. On the day we'll be in a squad anyway so it should be easier to keep pace.Adam Roynon wrote:yea all we can do is our best, at the moe im doing the run in 24.16 , but my press ups is 63 and my sit ups is 60ish, i just cant wait now

I rang the AFCO the other week to be told that I am down for the intake starting 8th August, so dont hold your breath, although if you are available to start at short notice you might get a place sooner if someone decides to drop out. Anyway good luck lads, let us know how you get onmr_man_2168 wrote:10 days now lads, I'm itching to get cracking! Hoping it won't take too long after to get our TG dates through!

Short notice? I'll camp outside the guard room if they want! It's not like I have a job. hahaBucksBoy wrote:I rang the AFCO the other week to be told that I am down for the intake starting 8th August, so dont hold your breath, although if you are available to start at short notice you might get a place sooner if someone decides to drop out.
