As far as i know its the same as the rest of the infantry.

I went to spec savers for an eye test the other week and they had all the army requirements there to hand.

Turns out my right eye would not be up to scratch and i am now getting contacts before my selection.

Worth a look for £20 mate.
I still prefer London

Daniel slight problem your not allowed to wear contacts for 7 days before selection or its void..

That's news to me. The whole reason i went for contacts was because my recruiter advised me to get them over glasses.

Guess i'll be giving him a call in the morning then.

The man is correct. no contact lenses for 7 days before test.
Was told i have to bring the specs i get as a back up to the contacts.

My recruiter was recommending the contacts for Army life, and not for the eye test as i thought.
I still prefer London
