Yes you are meant to know about all 3 choices. Had mine two days ago but he only asked me about my first and second choice, like where they are based, where do i go for training, how long is training and what do you do there. Its pretty simple really.

I'm sorry mate but if you don't know then why do you want to join the Paras if you don't even know their job role? To be a "kewl" paratrooper?
There are links around this site with info on the Parachute Regiment, and they have their own site and an e-mail address where you can order info packs with ALL the infomation you appear to be looking for. Also mate, I can read text speak as well as the next guy but I had trouble with your post, I'm sure you would get more replies if your post was more ledgible.
Sorry if I come across a little harsh, and welcome to the site.

Just to say most paratroopers i know who are planning on going in, or are all ready in Know what they are going to be doing, when and why not all know where as they may be posted to different locations. If you dont know these answers already are you sure that being a paratrooper is what you want to do in your life?

thanks for the great advice lol bt no one answered the question, not evan the other para wanabe that thinks he knows his stuff, if you want to sound good give the answer if you dont know then dont reply cus someone whos given over 100 replys on a website sounds like they need to get out more, no affence if you have a serious addiction to your laptop

I know what I need to know for my interviews, you on the other hand want to join the Parachute Regiment even though you have no clue what they do! It doesn't look like you sat down and thought about your options, it looks like you just heard "Para" and said yep that's me, then came on a site to get other people to search for info on the Paras.
And I did give you an answer, I gave you several places where you can show initiative and FIND OUT YOURSELF. I did, and so did most other people on this site.

Oh, and I won't take "affence" seeing as you can't even spell the damn word.
