Yeah thats what i usualy do and im progressing steadily. Not long ago i couldn't run half a mile without stopping now im running 3miles in around 25minutes & 1.5mile in 9:55-10:43. May not be amazing times but considering iv'e only been training about a month im happy. 3 weeks until ADSC now so going to pick it up.

Yeah iv'e been working on getting some long distance runs in and possibly walking. Would say a 5mile walk improve my fitness or wont it effect it that much? I read somewhere the only difference between walking & running is the time taken but i can't see how that works?
