Thought I'd register and say 'Hi' as I've been reading quite a lot of the forums to get as much information as possible, seems rude to not introduce myself.
I'm Mya, I'm 21 and I've applied to the army.
I've passed the BARB, English and numeracy tests and two of my interviews. My medical form was ok'd, next I have an assessment to see if my fitness is up to scratch, if I pass then I'll be sent for ADSC.
My fitness is good, I'm quite slender so I've been having trouble with the press ups but I can do the pull ups and sit ups ok. I've also just started going swimming too.
Not really sure what else to tell you.

Hi, I've applied for RLC as my first choice. Which are you joining?

How long have you been waiting for the med form, have you phoned them? I think my Doctor took about two weeks to send mine back.

My doctor must want to get rid of me then! Although I did get receptionist of the year when I phoned to get an update on their progress
Could you ask your doctor if they have a time in which to return the form, lots of places have procedures and time scales?

For my fitness I've been running, swimming and going to the gym, trying to focus more on strength now as it's not too great. What have you been doing?

That's pretty much what I'm doing now, I've dates for my fitness but don't think I'm quite there yet. I'm not even sure if I'm doing enough, although my press ups are coming along. How far are you running?

Glad to hear your forms are done, I think mine only took a week after being sent off.
