The world record for the 5k (about 3.1 miles) is 12:37.35. :o All you lads with sub-17 minute three milers have got nothing on this guy :lol:. Just goes to show the human body can achieve anything if its owner puts his mind to it.

Shouldn't think he's up to much upper body wise. But still that time is amazing.

It's all about achieving a balance. There's no point being 6'1" and weighing in at 200lbs of solid muscle if you can't run. On the same note, there's little point to getting a 12 minute 3 miler if you can't do a pull up.

'Kin ell. They should stick me on the radio with all these thoughts for the day I keep coming up with. :D

That's impressive, but I bet I could carry an 80 lb bergen further across Dartmoor than he could :D
