waiting for a date for interview

Hi i handed my medical documents into my afco and he sent them off to adsc and said as soon as they give me the ok he will ring me and give me a date for my interview but its been 3 1/2 months now and they still havent heard back from adsc has anyone else had to wait this long any help would be great tanks

For joining the RMC, after i had done my medical it had pass written on it basically and they told me when i handed it to the AFCO that there will be a letter in the post for the next part of the process.
If i were you mate I'd give them a call asap. They wont mind in the slightest if anything it will show your still interested!

ok mate i will bell them tommorow i rang them couple of weeks ago but will try again cheers for the advice mate

Called up the AFCO today and they said that my rg8 had to go back to the doctors for further information does anyone no how long this could take as i have already had to wait 3 1/2 months as it is?

I know the RG8 is the Medical Questionaire, but what does it actually stand for? And are all medical issues put on here?

All your medical history from when you were born is put down on the rg8 by your gp.

Do/Can you be with them when they fill it out and do they give you a once-over to see if anythings happened you haven't told them about/noticed or is that the job for the Medic at ADSC?
