Basically all this post is about is making aware of a new (for some) form of treatment/analysis.
Had an injury now for about 2 years, don't like to go on about it but love to train over it...went to doctors today to be wired up to this gait/pressure machine, circuit board insoles are placed in running shoes to measure stress on certain parts of the foot and a 3D image is made, showing muscle imbalance and points of over use...pronation/stress/over pronation,
What I am trying to get across is, if you've got a "career changing" injury like me ....request this method...
P.S "but love to train over it" no it hasn't made it worse as I was trial-ing insoles from podiatrist, but still felt pain..

Well as yet I haven't had the pleasure of having to change rigs at speed, but I believe you can ask for a few pairs made for this reason, on being asked how long this machine has been around I was told about 17 years.....nice that I've only been f*&ked for 2 now
