Does anyone know any good ways to increase stamina apart from running? I am doing a lot of swimming and a little circuit training but really want to increase my stamina and endurance as this has been a weakness in the past.

How do I increase my Stamina?
Personally my stamina has increased greatly from interval running (and interval training in general).

Do a little research on Iron.
If you are not taking in enough then your stamina will be restricted however taking in too much Iron will not increase your stamina alone. You can eat foods which are high in Iron and don't drink tea or coffee with your meals as they both prevent all the Iron being absorbed.
The more intense your workouts are, the more Iron you will need (I think). I would research it for what its worth.
