Socially life at RT?

Post by Jack1988 »

Right i'm looking forward to the beastings already if i pass PRMC.
I was just wondering what there normally is going on for new recruits in their spare time, or is there no time between training, cleaning and sleeping, just the WEL's in the 32 weeks?

Just a thought?

You are allowed a glass of milk and 30 minutes of BBC News 24.

(Nah, kidding. There's jollies mainly, and jims but the food all tastes the same. Don't bother with either unless you're comfortably squared away. Then there's Dutchies once you're allowed. Incredibly good eating!)

Yes upto about week 8 it's pretty crap because you've got to be back on camp by 8 i think it is if you get any shore leave. But once you get that weekend pass and get into phase 2 you get most weekends off so you'll be going out on a few good troop piss ups. I think if you asked most bootnecks their best times were in training down in exeter or torquay out on the piss pulling some little s***s.
