RN Mine Clearance Diver Joining Requirements

My Son is applying to be a mine clerance diver and he is trying to find out more about the diving apptitude test so he can prpare himself.

The careers office told him about a 2.4Km run but told him no set times he can run it in 9min 30secs. He also does press ups and sit ups. about 50-60 press ups 70-80 sit ups both in 2 mins.
