tarzan course
Hi,
Can anybody tell me how hard the tarzan course is, ive been watching the videos of it and it definetly looks a bit difficult, a lot more mental than physical. How many practices do you get on it before actually taking the test and does anybody know any tips to getting through the various obstacles.
Cheers,
Mitch

Bloody hell mate, you cant really be thinking about the Tarzan course when youve not even properley started your application. Even when you are in recruit training you just take one day at a time. Just concentrate more on your prmc. Because believe me that will be the hardest thing you've ever done. By the way i dont mean to scare you.
Royal Marines here I come
Mitch, stop being such a F-ing walt, its sickening! Yes we all want to join but that doesnt mean we go and practice regains on our local tree. Wait until you join up, then everything will be a mystery when you are en route to the land of the puzzle palace, heartbrake lane, courses for Tarzan's and miles a plenty (30 to be exact!).

I thought this was a forum for trying to get information and tips for the Royal Marines? Last time I checked, enthusiasm was a very positive trait for achieveing anything in life.
Cheers for the replys anyway.

I was thinking the same. I thought this was a genuine newbie post and was going to reply with a referral to the Search button until I saw mitch had made over 100 postings!. I made the assumption that this thread was a dig at newbies by mitch!tomharto30 wrote:Why are you even bothering to think about the tarzan assault course mate?
I may be wrong but I am assuming the assault course is harder than the 1.5 mile PJFT.....
