do the paras do the same infantry training as the guards and other regiments like the kings for e.g, or do they do more advanced skills apart from parachuting.

Best thing is get them down to the local gym for some circuits?? to see how they deal with the pain LOL... Did some the other day man I am not as fit as I was I used to really enjoy doing them.

Well thats an option...

OR on 'Meet the Marines' on the mean streets of London, Jack Frost had been kind enough to visit during the night, our section corporal had prepared a maheusive block of chunky ice to chew on as if it was glass in-front of the crowd of budding civvies lol was funny as fook he explained to these dazzled lads that it was part of the Commando tests haha

...then we went on to kick ten barrels out of each other on the Unarmed Combat display (all with hangovers) i think they were impressed hehe

How old are you now anyway? :P
