a viola corridor pt the rest is very scientific you begin with short runs ie 3-4 milers maybe 2 a week unsure how its run now and a intro to tabbing with about 15 lb couple of gym sessions (use evil imagination for content ) and it just builds up from there corridor pt gets you fit, field pt gets you fit, and pt sessions get you fit, basicaly you get ball bagged but its all to build you up aproach it with a sense of humour and you will get through it and more to the point if you find your self struggling (or bursting for a piss after knecking a fist of water) take a look at everyone else and see how much they are suffering if only to make you feel like you are not alone however saying that give YOUR all every time no matter who's suffering drag them along its your platoon and your section your in it together see if anyof the depo staff on this site will give you a break down of how many pt modules there are each week and content

Mate, you've posted the same two topics in here and the Royal Marine section. One post with everything in in the General Section could have been enough.
