hey guys just recieved my start date...8th may woo
just wondering if anyone else has this date?

yep..thats the same one I was on mate...28th of Feb...Im from Horsham in west Sussex..in between Brighton and London basically..if you wana chat on msn mate my msn is MSN addy edited by Doc, Persec people! hi, im 15 and im leaving school in july, iv'e been to the careers office and looked at everything that i could do in the army(i had my mind set on royal engineers, i know somebody in the paras and didnt like the sound of it, then i just got realy keen on the royal marines and ive got my heart and mind set on it. so have far do you think i should run in preperation for my prmc??

well prmc wasnt really the hardest thing ive ever done! but its still draining as you are tired and fatigued from previous tests.

hi dan...yer as prmhanson says..PRMC is tough and will demand alot of you..but not impossible..they push you easily out of your comfort zone..but if you prepare correctly and have the right attitude youl do fine..i found most stuff ok..
dont get me wrong its a tough few days..but i was still feeling good even after bottom field warm up...but i paid for it..i did the final obstacle on the assault course 3 times...nice

We dont know how fit you are dan. Go out and try running. Go at a comfortable pace and see how far you get. Or just run round a football pitch till you feel fatigued enough that you feel you need to stop and just add more laps/distance to your runs and do them faster as you get fitter. Use your knoggin lad
