it was a good insight and answered loads of questions that i didnt have the answers to before.

holding troop is excellent, though i have to miss tonight because im recovering from a chest infection still

sadly they didnt answer how to do more press ups /end sarcasm

just out of curiosity, how many made it through your holding troop out of however many, and have you bought any sort of kit for yourself so far?

there are guys older than you that are doing it. i think most people in my holding troop are 20-30.
