Training hints for PRMC please!

I'm currently in training for PRMC but i've injured my leg :( so im unable to do any cardio. Has anyone got any advice ie. trainig tips for upper body etc.? I recently attended the acquaint day at Liverpool (14/2/05). It was very helpful as I found out I've still got a long way to go to be ready for PRMC!!

I was on the same acquaint day as you mate. Try swimming and cycling. They will take the pressure of your leg while maintaining cardio fitness.

as mentioned above really. Swimming will be your best bet to ensure you dont slack behind while your getting better.

What sort of injury to your leg is it? I think asking the Doctor would be your best bet mate.

Yeh i would definetely do swimming, unless told else wise by the doctor if you see him. Its probably your best option :D
