You're very unlikely to find out anything about TA Int unless you actually talk to the people themselves. What I do know is that you're very likely to get dicked for lots of Ops, some of them are on their third tour of the sandpit.

Shit, thats a lot of tours! 3 tours of the Gulf already?! Are you sure?
You are normally limited to 9 months mobilised service in 3 years, 12 if you sign an extension.... We are just coming up to Telic 6 (which im on... woohoo) and so that means, if they have done 3 tours already, those lads must of been on two tours in a row at some point. Thats 12 months in theatre in a row, 18 months of service in 36 months !! Not possible?!
Sorry for sounding like a dick, I am jsut intersted in how the int lads do more than the inf.
If what you said is true they must run their tours differently.

I only know of friends who are on their 2nd Telic tour from TA int? But then again my finger isn't on the pulse like it used to be. A lot of guys are serving in the UK and germany, back filling for regular int chaps and ladies. However, one thing that I believe is true that over the past 4 years, 2/3 of the battalion has deployed on operations either at home or abroad.
