Does anybody know what the situation is for officer entry- are they still recruting a lot of candidates or are they like the other forces?
If you were successful when do you think you would start at Sandhurst?

Officer entry
Assuming you get the ball rolling right away and fly through selection you are probably not looking at entry to Sandhurst until Jan/May 2006.
You'll probably have a 3 month wait to get an interview with an AFCO(O)
3 month wait for an RCB Briefing
Assuming you get a Cat 1 at the RCBb then probably another 3 months for your RCB Main Board.
After that you're free to enter when they have a vacancy, assuming everything goes well you wouldn't make it in time for Sept '05 intake (apparantly it's full up already).
