I've been asked to drop in a request for any support for the Marine & Sea cadets. I know that both branches always require good staff to come on board and help with the instruction of the cadets but they also need assistance in the form of kit, funding and jollies.
So if any of you have any contacts that can set up a day in Yeovilton doing fast roping and dunker drills for example, or seeing a concert with the RM Band, a few bits of webbing or maybe you work for a company that could help to sponsor a unit or detachment then drop me a PM.
It is a good cause lads. These people give up their spare time and often plough their own money in too ensure that kids are beinggiven the best foundation possible. The Sea Cadets and the Marine Cadet Detachments of the Corps receive little to no support from the MOD and are a registered charity.
