Yeah nice one!
I've got my PRMC next Tuesday any tips would be welcome.
It looks like I'm going to be down there on my own because I haven't seen anyone else post that they are going down on this date.
Have you seen how cold that its going to get next week, I'm going to be freezing.
Started recruit training 5th July

Hehe, course they'll make you do it, and if the wind blows you off they'll make you do it again and again till you get it all done!!!
You'll be running around too much to be cold.

The weather was perfect for bottom field, damp but no rain and little wind.We were quite lucky considering how cold its gonna be next week.
some advice:
always practise 'double mark timing' or running on the spot, you do this NONE stop in the gym and it will make your gymtests scores shitter.
If you have a good group the three miler will be done a quicker pace(not 22.5 mins),so u have been warned.
NEVER stop, youll feel like quitting a lot of times during bottom field warm up and the 3 miler, but dont, they dont go on forever....

they didnt keep time,no shit.
Fodd will back me up on this.... the PTI did it at a 8.30/9.00 per 1 1/2 milepace. All u had to do was stay infront of him for the last 1 1/2 mile and u passed.
I think that we had a very good group and they needed to fail some of the weaker candidates.
