getting my fitness up to scratch for p company

hey, i'm in the signals doin my trade training at blandford, i wanna do p company as soon as i can but i know that right now i ain't fit enough for it, does anyone know where i can get hold of a fitness routine that i can follow to build my fitness up, ive got ages to get fit for it so i'm just gonna put 100% in, i want those wings BAD!!!
any help pointing me in the direction of a good fitness routine or book would be much appreciated

i bought a great book called "fighting fit" by adrain weales. it tells you everything and has lots of good routines in. ther are SAS routines, marine routines, para routines, everythings in it.

Don't think im a nutter but have a look at a book by Charles Bronson called Solitary Fitness.
It's a bit strange in places but gives a no bullshit approach which is quite good. Youv'e just gotta look at the man to see the results!

yeah this guy WAS fit but if your locked up 24 hrs a day you either sit in your pit festering or do as he did and do loads of sit ups etc each day, make no mistake that this guy is an out and out lunatic and his books are obviously one sided against us nice prison officers :angel:

fighting fit is fantastic, got several different training programes for you to follow, plus advice on injuries, other aspects of training, and some tasty grub ideas. Also check out the stickypost at the top of this section (joining the parachute regiment) its a plan.
