Seasons Greetings!!!!!

Post by Black Rat »

As the season of goodwill is upon us, make I take this opportunity to wish all Royal Marines ( past, present and future) and their families all the very best for Christmas and 2004!

My thoughts are especially with those families that will have an empty place at the table on Christmas day.

This year has been good for Royal in many ways but we must remember those that paid the ultimate price in a distant land, not so far from the birth of christianity.

May I wish you the compliments of the season, regardless of your religion or creed. My very sincere best wishes to you all.

H A P P Y C H R I S T M A S !

PS please spare a thought for all those on active service or duty, whatever their occupation!

Amen to that thought Neil.

Keep up the bad work in Cornwall and tell the Prez we all still hate him! (Not!)

Please accept with no obligation, implied or implicit, the wisher's best
wishes for an environmentally conscious, socially responsible, low
stress, on-addictive, gender neutral, celebration of the summer/winter
solstice holiday, practiced within the most enjoyable traditions of the

of other, or their choice not to practice religious or secular traditions

uncomplicated recognition of the onset of the generally accepted
calendar year 2003 , but not without due respect for the calendars of choice of other cultures whose contributions to society have helped make this Country great, not to imply that this great Country is necessarily
greater than any other country nor is the only great Country in the world, and without regard to the race, creed, color, age, physical ability,
religious faith, choice of computer platform, or sexual preference of
the wishee.

By accepting this greeting, you are accepting these terms. This greeting
is subject to clarification or withdrawal. It is freely transferable with
no alteration to the original greeting. It implies no promise by the wisher

is void where prohibited by law, and is revocable at the sole discretion of the wisher.

This wish is warranted to perform as expected within the usual
application of good tidings for a period of one year, or until the
issuance of a subsequent holiday greeting, whichever comes first, and warranty is limited to replacement of this wish or issuance of a new wish at the sole discretion of the wisher. The wishee further agrees to hold

That`s what staring at the Irish Sea does to you :o

Happy Christmas everyone, and remember, if you can`t be with the one you love, you can always go home to the wife :P

Excellent post Harry, and a Happy Christmas.

However, (there is ALWAYS a however!) here in the Old Country we must be a year ahead of your lot, as we are about to enter the calendar year 2004!

Never mind, you were behind us in the rugby too!

Best wishes to all for a happy holiday season and a peaceful and prosperous 2004.

None of that white stuff here in La La Land Alan. We are having our typical seasonal weather, pissing it down from the heavens. Thank goodness I am on the Pacific coast for Christmas, which is thousands of miles away from the Irish sea where Mad Mike will be floating around. I know that you will make up for it at New Year Mike.

Aye - Andy. :drinking: :drinking: :drinking: Except if you are driving.
