No mate.. Agatha anounced that we had to go to a wedding. Last year it clashed with the 45 Falklands reunion.
BUT next year should be a goer.

Could I ask that any of your 42 Cdo RM Assoc members that might possess any phots that they took during Op Corporate, and would be willing for them to be copied that they contact me ASP. I have been collecting and storing a whole variety of Falklands phots and images for the last few months, in preparation for a display at the 45 reunion in June.

All prints and negs will be well looked after and scanned and digitally enhanced with the originals being sent back to the sender by secure post. Thereafter the piccies will be added to the library collection (near-on 300 at the mo), of which a complete copy of the collection going to the RM Museum for their files and a CD produced for anyone who wants a copy.

Negs, prints, discs, CD's can be forwarded to me at

or email images to me at:

Should anyone have any qeuries then I can be contacted during normal work hours on:

See you at the 45 Reunion Yorkie.

Clive Pattle - ex 45 Sigs
I've got around 2000 digital photo's of various sites on the islands. A lot of them were took on the Pilgrimage - Nov 2002, Yorkie is on some of them when we went up two sisters. I was also back down there in Jan 2003 and took even more pictures.

I'm happy to commit them to CD and send them to you if you like - let me know.

Cheers

John

Pongo logs This is not just for the FI but for all 42 going back to when it was first formed during the war. BUT if you go to Ithink it is www.bootneck.co.uk I think that is run by a bloke called Bunggy Williams which is for the FI in 82.

Right back to the Association there are now 700 + members and all it takes to join is send me an email.... and the other bit You Were In 42!!!

Yorkie mate, methinks you perhaps misunderstand me.

I am not suggesting that I attend, I was just offering the bloke a load of photos of the important bits of the islands.
