My favourite bit:

Before they said goodbye to the Brits, they did one more thing. They renamed the Intimidator the USA/UK.

"I even grew to like tea," Webster said.

I am pleased to read an article here about US/UK co-operation.I have read too much criticism of our combined efforts.I appreciate the good will that exists and would like to see more of it.I know it's there.
For those who have had to defend it, liberty has a flavor the protected will never know

I was browsing the Leatherneck.com website over the weekend and they have listed their Gulf War II KIA with a photo of each of them, where they are from, their unit, and how they were killed.

The list went on and on, and I was really shocked when I added them up, as it was well above what I expected. Before reading further, what is your guess for the number of US Marine Corps guys KIA in Iraq?

Derek, purely as a matter of interest, not trying to make any points here, but how many were annotated as FF?
You should talk to somebody who gives a f**k.
