Fighting Fit Software

Post by Adam Downie »

Got it yesterday. Its very good with some good videos plus lots of helpfull tips. Gives you an over view of the excersices you go on and a brief look into training. If you want it its about 7 quid of amazon last i heard they had sold out but have no fear. If you have Broadband im sure you could get it   If you know what i mean

Come on Ro55, spill the beans! be it a private message or just do it for all to see here!

Adam, did you find the program useful for ensuring correct position for all the different excercises! I think we all have very simular variations but it would be good to see the full picture so to speak!

Answers on a post card?

Out of interest if any of you live in SW London could you recomend a decent kick boxing club? quite interested to get the ball rolling on a new martial art and then continue once in.........

Aye,
wilson

Thai Boxing is as different as it comes. Same principles as kickoxing but its more aggressive and you use more of your body (Knee's and Elbows) Its good for fitness as the arm ups are pretty good and the circuits you do.
