Did anybody see them on sky news tonight?? Is anyone on here in them??? Whats there selection process like and how long do you have to serve with the other battalions to try for them???

Yes I saw most of it last night, and yes there is a selection process, and yes you would have needed to do a couple of tours with them before you would even been thought off for selection

The selection process etc has been discussed in depth on here Scouse, do a search. And yes, you'd have to do a couple of years in Bn before you were considered for Selection.

Good programme on the platoon. Sky didn't do too bad at all.

Quite surprised alot of the guys names were put on there. Times must be a-changing. Back in the day it was all hush hush if im not mistaken.
