This moving tribute to the [b]300[/b] British troops killed in Iraq and Afghanistan in the last seven years was shown on BBC earlier tonight. Very moving and very humbling to hear how the families in mourning are coping with their tragedies.... Sensitively filmed and real lump in the throat stuff....... I shed a few tears watching it..

....and a harrowing ending, with the blank marble tablets at the memorial waiting for names to be carved in, honouring the newly fallen... A 'must see'...
