PP,
As you say:
"Litle bit of humour never hurt anyone!!!"
Hence my last remark,
"Your having a laugh."
Piracy is real, kidnapping is real. The murder of seamen is real.
You missed my point.
Your bio: Pirate Pete--Pirate Bashing!!
You speak of "professionalism and appearance".
You have a well presented web site, but to me your post in this forum
lacks both of these.
No doubt those who are in maritime security and within your criteria of
ex RM and SF will have their own views.
Having a warped sense of humour, your "mike is in the caribbean" made my morning.

Rover,
I have changed my bio details, as i take on board what you are saying.
Regarding kidnapping at sea, yes it is real, and yes there is over 300 captured seaman at present - however nearly all GoA hijackings are peaceful and they do not hurt or injure the crew, and the whole point of the post is to cope with increased demand for ship security to try and reduce or erradicate the risk entriely.
If you care to elaborate about the "Other Site" then im sure it will greatly assist others as well.
Shall we calm down now and start again!
Nick
