Exercise Routine Help

Post by Panda^ »

I were jus wondering if anyone had any good exercise tips they could pass on.
I already do a workout video everyotherday as well as fast walking (cant do running my pushchairs to big to run with), Sit-ups, Push-ups and i attemp pull-ups (cant do them yet), tricepts with my bars and furniture.
Was just curious as to any others i can do to pass selcetion and get my fitness up.
Im not that fit but do keep trying.
Any help would be great. I have asked a PTI for advise but i completed what he said a while ago and hes gone on leave so i cant ask him.
Cheers

Alternativly the sister to this site http://www.mfat.co.uk/forums you'll get more response to this sort of question. Do a search first though as these questions are asked quite a bit.
