When i went to the careers office the first time that was one of the questions that i asked as i had heard that ladys are meant to do girly press ups and i got told that it is true that we have to do them as we can injure our bits lol not to sure what bits the careers adviser was on a bout but its for health reasons..!

It's only the Navy girls doing them then, we're on 'proper' press ups in the RAF...
