I have just spoken to Army Physio' and the good news is that next week I will be passed on to a kindly remedial PTI who will carry me around the PFT course and hold one end of the weights as I struggle to capture something like fitness!

I like PTIs, they is always nice, encouraging and probably the most wonderful branch in the whole of the services combined (just in case any who might deal with me soon are reading this post!).

I work for a private security company.
We work with HMPS and various Immigration Detention Centers.
All I do really is take people to an airport/ferry/high cliff and drop them off.
Sometimes I get to escort them to their country of origin,which as I hate flying is a pain in the butt.
