I have did the airman test in the past ,is there much difference in the aircrew

Quite fancy going for wsop

What are those 4 days at cranwell like?

The tests at cranwell last around 7 hours unlike the airmen test that is about one hour. There is a big difference, there are tests on things like hand eye co-ordination and the tests are a lot harder. they are a lot more in depth than airmen tests.

It's exactly the same as the tests for commissioning. Try a search on here for OASC, there's been lots of info posted in the past which will help you.
