Feeling old!!!

Post by flo »

Bloody hell - do i feel old! last night i went to an Ann summers party that was being held on the patch at the Fiddlers Green.
They must think the wifes are desperate just becasue the lads are away!!!
Four of us went together(me being the oldest at 38 ). When we walked up the stairs to where the party was being held it was quiet (too quiet) and then we were confronted with the wifes who had arrived before us. They must have been about 19/20 years old. :o
Obviously the first time many of them had been to a 'sex toy' party and you could see them squirm with embarrasment. Have to admit i found that quite amusing

Then the vodka flowed :drinking: :drinking: and the games started.

Yep our little group of four won everything. Im a bit shocked that i knew so many slang names for willies and things  . I ended coming home with a willie pouch that is a donkey and it makes noises :D and a lacy thong. But while we were cavorting on the floor playing a form of twister the young uns just looked at us as if we were old soaks!!! (no comments please)

So of into Barnstaple we go and the young uns tailed us all night and im glad to say that our little group of old soaks were still partying at stupid oclock this morning and the little uns (young wifes)had to be put to bed :D

And the best thing is that i got chatted up by some bloke who knew i was married and i didnt buy a drink all night. :D - RESULT!!! Cant wait to tell Tommo that ive still pulling power.

Tell you what though i flamin missed the UK and it felt great to be back.

But i have to admit to a slight headache just starting...................now where is the paracetamol.....................and a bucket :(

Jayne/Steve hows your head this morning?????

Feeling old isn't the problem. It's being reminded of it every year by your nearest and dearest.
I'm only 38. Or 21 with 17 years of experience. :P
My wife Linda is 39 mind. I likes older women.

Yeah now you need to do the sexy underthings party, your love that, my friend and I got her husband to do the modeling it was a crack up.

Also I go for the free booze too, and nibbles. :P

But one time I brought one of those blow up men, and we dressed him up and sat him in a chair near the window at work lol.

I still don't know why we did it but he sat there until he got hole in him.

Bah!

Ann Summers ..... over rated, under-sized and vastly over-priced.

That includes everything .... underwear and martial aids (no, not a typo. :o )

BTW Did anyone see ''The World's Biggest Penis'' on Channel 4 last night?

I tuned in ...... agog ...... at the appointed hour. :o

Was hugely (or not) disappointed.

In fact, I turned over for the Epilogue.

LMAO! I see heaps of those everyday, big ones, small ones, long ones, short ones the list is endless.

My personal fav's are ones with bolts in them :o

Yup "bolts" through them.

It generally goes like this.

"Hello, sir I will be your nurse for the day, your op is at (what ever hour it is) and I need to get you prepared. First of all do you have studs, ear rings? ....oh yes thats fine, no nail polish? Do you have a pacemaker?....oh good, please remove your clothes, including your boxers, put this on, opening to the back....."

10 minutes later I return with a razor and shaving cream, which I might add is not for his face....lift back the sheet, and there you go......a stainless steel bolt right through.....

Gotta think that has to hurt! Why? Would you do it.

Men :-?

38 ain’t old at all! I’ve got friends going up to their late 40’s who still come out on the razz with us! However, Barnstaple, hmmmmmmmmm, not the best night out on the town!

At 44, I am proud to say that I am as fit as I ever was...just a fair bit slower. Having said that, it was funny to see two young lads in the gym the other day taking discs off the bench press I'd just been on. Bless 'em. Not bragging. It just bouyed my morale a bit.

I don't eat the junk like I did in my 20's, and I take overall better care of myself, especially as the older you get, the more injury prone you become (less elasticity in the old frame and what have you). I've also noticed that it takes longer to heal these days. My last injury (Aug 12th) looked at first like a sprained ankle, but a weight-bearing x-ray showed that I have split the connective tissue between the tibia and the fibula at the bottom, so each time I try to push off on the ball of the left foot, those two bones are trying to push past the heal. Bloody painful, especially as I was running the ranges for PWT a couple of days ago and was hobbling like an old man by the end of the day. It may have to go into an air cast for a few wekes yet, acccording to the physio. Ho, hum!

As for going on the pi$$. Not my cuppa tea, these days. The idea of tagging along with the 20-somethings woldn't occur to me, especially as they would just bore the crap out of me. Noisy, smoke filled rooms full of young nobs turn me off, big time. I prefer either a good meal at a decent restaurant with my Mrs, or or a few quiet wets with an old hand or two. Boring? Not at all! When my hunting buddy returns from Iraq in two weeks, we'll go fater a white tail deer or two for a couple of days and will no doubt get "comfortably numb" in the eveings around the fire.

A topic I cannot ignore!

Ann Summers is my best friend! The rampant rabbit is a stroke of genius and even though they are expensive I would definately recommend investing in a purchase!

And Flo 38 isn't old! Your as old as you act, and to me it sounds like u out ran those 20 somethings by miles!
