No dry suit. Most of those requirements seem ok by me, I can prob do those (other than the pull ups cos im a weed) now.

Good stuff thanks for the info. Are those runs one after the other (so basically a 3 mile run) or is there a break?

They are back to back, if the clubswinger is feeling kind, he might let you have a swig of water.
If it doesn't hurt it's not worth doing!

The DPFT standards are the minimum standard that is required. The diving staff will expect you too do more especially when you go for your 5 day aptitude they will expect you too have improved your fitness. Most people fail due to fitness.
If you are determined enough to do something, then you will succeed at anything.
