Need some info

Post by beed1984 »

Hows it going everyone, i have an aptitude test booked for 19th of June but i also had a holiday booked for the end of June for a week and was going to cancel it, but when i went in to cancel they said i would lose all the money on it. Is it possible to sit your aptitude test then go on the pgac when i come back or will it move pretty quickly. Before anyone say's i know it was daft.

Hello 1894, rember between the aptitude test and the pgac you still have to have your interview and a medical.

I know that, thats not answered my question really. I was told some people sit the aptitude test then because of work commitments or other commitments they have they arrange their medical and interview when they can make the time.

Perhaps you could call your local AFCO and ask them as thats what there job is ? As the times between each stage can vary a fair bit.

you can go to your afco and explian your situation. They ask if dates/times are suitable for you and you can rearrange. But what i do advise is sitting your aptitude test, becuase the score you get counts for life. So even if you decide you dont want to be a regiment gunner, you wont have to sit the AST test again.
