Si vis pacem para bellum?

I`m sure that there is a very obvious answer - but blowed if I can find it!
It`s on a belt buckle that I have seen for sale

It means "If you want Peace, prepare for War"

But I am unsure which service uses that motto.

The only place Ive seen that is the punisher the movie lol.

Cant give you more than that though. google is the way to go.

No service has this Motto these days.

It has been atributed to Julius Caesar.

Si vis pacem, para bellum so maybe the Roman Legions used it as a motto over 2000 years ago.
