I reckon Nick's still in - He hasn't been on MSN since last time he was on leave ?
His diary hasn't been deleted in the Retreat.

On the topic of recruits standing out, can't they just go into the pubs/clubs separately like in 3's or something? I mean if it was here in 'boro a troop of skinheads would blend in even more :o
And just because you're in RT doesn't mean you'll wear the stereotypical stuff recruits wear on a night out does it? I'd like to think I could still wear the stuff I'd normally wear out back home, like smart casual stuff, NOT smart shirts, shoes and denim jeans.
Let us therefore brace ourselves to our duties, and so bear ourselves that, if the British Empire and its Commonwealth last for a thousand years, men will still say, 'This was their finest hour'

I went into a pub with 2 others and was told to leave, even if you went in by yourself to meet up with others they would kick you out. Recruits are easy to spot. I mostly wore trainers, jeans and a t-shirt. Sometimes the duty Corporal would check to make sure you were wearing a belt, shirt was ironed etc, so it's a little bit restricted. Definitely no tracksuits.
