8.24 in week 2 of rt, we did the prmc run but when we reached the house that is 1 1/2 miles out we turned around and ran the 1 1/2 miles back in a timed best effort and we was expected to get under 10mins easily. Out of the 54 in our troop only about 4 or so didn't make the time.

A question for any of the girls on here, or you guys who have trained with women, do you know if 12:30 is a reasonable time? I'm working on getting it lower, but will assume 12:30 incase I have an off day when I have to do it for real.
