i was arguein with a lad who reconed he was in the army's infantry and he claims he can run 3 miles in 9mins 40, with full kit. is that possible? to say hes been in the army bout 6 months.

yeah a guy sets the machine up and makes sure u warm up. and he stops the machine when you get to the time and writes down the time
