El Prez
I am well aware of RM habit of looking down on what they consider to be lesser mortals. RM are taught in basic training, basic Infantry skills, in exactly the same way as the Army. What sets them apart is the commitment and dedication needed to qualify for the Green Lid. The same is true of the Parachute Regiment, qualifying for the Maroon Beret. You shouldn't spend too much time looking down, you'll get a nasty crick in your neck see Harry Hackedoff I believe he has some Nurofen. Everybody having completed their basic course does continuation training in their own skill.

Chris Ryan was not the patrol commander of B20 so how did he f#*k up? Andy McNab (not real name) was responsible as the patrol commander
he made the decision's on the ground. Therefore the f#*k up was his, my point was as you (el prez) were not there how do you feel qualified to pass judgement? quote the first casualty of war is the truth, no plan survives contact with the enemy. I am sure you have both heard that before. McNab wrote B20 to make lots of money, Chris Ryan (real name)wrote "The One That Got Away" to tell the story as he saw it and to rebutt fabrications. By the little crap hat (ex Green Jacket) and to make lots of money.
