Since I spent the last page doing precisely that, and you have simply ignored or denied the various factual errors I pointed out & supported with evidence, I don't think I'll waste my time. Debates are rarely about trying to convince your opponent to change his mind, but about convincing those watching - even though I'll admit a home turf advantage here, demonstrating numerous factual errors, misunderstanding of basic economic principles, and revealing the plagiarism (happy?) of your arguments; that's probably enough no matter who is reading.
