Im a idiot fool? i think im already in Para Regt? doubt it mate, ive got a long way yet. I might not be tough enough for Para Regt, but im gonna give it my best shot, only time will tell.

And i think you wrong about Para's thinking there not elite, they are trained ( sounds stupid but brainwashed mebees the word? i dunno) into believing there the best. Most lads ive spoke to even think there better the 22 Regiment lol so you tell me? But its all banter aswell

So as for childish and a idiot and thinking im a Para, I've never said i was in the Regt. Basiclly people have got a stereotype of Para's, thinking there all the same and that milarky but infact, there not all the same. If you ask any lad why they are wanting to join the Parachute Regiment, they will tell you its because they want to join the best? am i right?

And for all the lads making comments saying there not the best, i see by your profiles that your not trying to join the Paras, therefore you might not think there the best. i dunno? but in general when people who want to join the Forces and want to be part of the best, they tend to apply for the Royal Marines and the Parachute Regiment

Haha fool? you musnt of read my post correctly. I said, people who want to join the best tend to apply for the parachute regiment and the royal marines? is that right maunder?

Alot of people dont want to be infantry soldiers and i respect that, so they join to drives tanks get trades etc Once joining there regiments, you will get people who want to test there selfes, by either attaching to Para Regt or Royal Marines and taking on the Commando course or P Coy

I respect all lads for joining the Armed Forces, these are just opinions which obviously got out of hand. Its starting to get boring so..... and the comments make me feel like crying :(

Hope the lads who are going to Basic training soon enjoy it, all the best.

I can't believe I've just had to read through several pages of this utter tripe. A whole load of ridiculous posts from people who aren't even serving, and have no experience of what they're trying to argue for.

Get a grip.

Awwwwww spoil sport, it was actually interesting to see them all dig such a big hole and speak out of their bums at the same time

I was waiting for the SAS Engineering wing to pop up and how hard it is to train for.

Scouse_Liam knows his onions, his posts were unwrapped and he cried

Anyway I never learnt so much since I served, which was a novelty in this thread.

Doc out.
