Looks like you need to get back out running then mate. :D

I would do some circuit training mate, I found that really helped me improve. Take a look at a thread I wrote earlier called 'Circuit Training:The Beast'.

This is the biggest thread hijack I have ever taken part in! Sorry prm_hanson, it wasn't just me. :D

Cheers
James

I am sure if you work hard enough then you will pass.

Do not forget you have to do recruit test, interview, medical and PJFT before you even get a shot at a PRMC. I would not go storming off just yet.

Start doing regular exercise though, I would suggest that circuit 2-3 times a week plus a few runs. Always try and push yourself on the runs.

Cheers

:) will do my best, i don't meen to get ahead of myself but i want to be in so much. Saying that lots of people change their mind after the first beasting. I'm sure you and many other people know how i feel, would you advise reading about the history then on rm - rn website? and if so should i look at the navy history + the royal marine history?

The RM/RN website is a great source of the info you'll need, but a lot (if not all of it) will be in the book you'll get from your AFCO.

Treat it as your bible. :D

What do you mean?

And yeah, Doc is a pretty funny (albeit slightly odd :P )guy. Depending on how far away I live from him, I might buy him a few bevvies some time for the laughs.
