I have only started training again, and running is not something that comes naturally to me.
1.5 miles in 10 minutes or under is a fast time, but very achievable of course!'
14 mins.....yeah..when are you thinking of applyng...might wanna delay it a bit
Just keep training m8,youll get your time down to 10 mins in no time.

bastard it is! spent 2 quid getting there..got to the gym..oo hes gone home the women says! well thanks alot GRRRR
another £2 home same again on saturday!!
he went home because he had finished...he hadnt bloody finished he had me!!!
(he been the gym instuctor!)
