lol running on a treadmill wearing a bergan id pay to c that
ex nod was diagnosed with chronic compartment syndrome rejoining eventually.

currently in australia as im traveling the world before i rejoin the marines.

But surely then everyone can run 1.5 miles in under 10 minutes?

obviously not everyone can run 1.5miles in under 10minutes as everyone is different.

My current time is 14 minutes!!!

I have only started training again, and running is not something that comes naturally to me.

1.5 miles in 10 minutes or under is a fast time, but very achievable of course!

14 mins.....yeah..when are you thinking of applyng...might wanna delay it a bit :D


Just keep training m8,youll get your time down to 10 mins in no time.

Yeh don't worry I havn't applied just yet!! :D

I'm training hard though so hopefully it won't be too long..

The reason for the PJFT is to make sure youve got all round fitness i suppose. Its ok being build like Arnold Schwarzenegger who can run for 3000 miles without dropping a bead of sweat-but if you couldn't run at a reasonably quick pace-then it wouldn't be for you.

bastard it is! spent 2 quid getting there..got to the gym..oo hes gone home the women says! well thanks alot GRRRR :evil:

another £2 home same again on saturday!!

he went home because he had finished...he hadnt bloody finished he had me!!!

(he been the gym instuctor!)
