Hey everyone,.. i just got my PRMC date a few days ago, was kinda shocked to see how far away it was, thought i was going to get the end of October, or atleast early November, seems to have been filled up pretty quick.. but hey!!!, I have more time to train and improve my PB's :)
I got my PRMC on 21st November.

Anyone else got my date?

Hi all...

I just was wondering, how long does it take to start RT after a successful PRMC?

I downloaded the Vo2 max bleep test to my Mp3, and im practicing it after my 3 mile run, following on with the press-ups and sit-ups after the bleep test.

I dun my 3 miles at 19:47:24, achieved 12.3 on Vo2 max bleep test. and on my press-ups i got 40 in 2minutess, and 64sit-ups in 2minutess. i had 2-4 minutes rest between each activity. The rain was pooring bearing in mind (typical english weather) :o

I know i got to improve, but i figured i would share this with the guys going on PRMC, as its an idea that i thought would help, well i hope it is going to help because i am doing it. lol.

All constructive criticism will be taken into account :D

id say that was a good effort there mate, when you consider you did one after the other with only a few mins rest in between. on prmc you do the run in the morning then gym test 1 in the afternoon, which means you have time to recover.

doing a 3miler in that time then over lvl. 12 on bleep test straight after sounds very good to me.

Thanks.

The thing i fount was my adrenaline was pumping so much from the 3miler the bleep test flew by. The running does not effect my sits and press-ups, i jus need a few minutes cool down and im back and ready to go again.
I think if i keep doing this i will be ok on the PRMC by the sounds of it. although im going to CTCRM expecting the worst and full of nerves :-?.

Maybe a long rest after the 3miler might affect my bleep test as i will have little adrenaline. I guess having people around me doing the same thing will push me that bit more, as well as the PTI's.

I am just going to keep going as i am.

I NEED MORE PRESS-UPS :(
