might go for a run, yes at this time. i rarely feel like running and when i do i must.

i have to run to bilton on friday.

its only just over a mile, it shouldnt take that long but its a good distance to start at

What sort of time you looking at? I would guess at around the 6.30 mark?

i have no idea mate, its 1.8 miles and i think i did it in about 7 mins befor what should i be aiming for?

1.8 miles in 7 mins is very quick.
I do 1.5 miles on a hilly course around the 9.15 mark.

ill have a good one ( i hope) but all i have to run is the dirty streets and i hope i don't get any jip off the kids in the street ( i could say im a kid anyway) ill time my 1.8 miles now.

Yea it has been at least 11 minutes, he must have done a 5 miler instead. Don't worry he will be back within the next 3 mins.

i dont know excacly just about a mile in about 10 mins i think
