How times change - we did all our road running at night in Gateshead -
after a canny days work........

Nobody even around then..... quiet enough in those days I suppose -
all the nutters were running -

I know a guy who got fit that way. He moved into some ropey end of Newcastle (might've been Scotswood) and spent most of his time running from A to B with crowds of shell-suits rustling behind him "how, you, I'll stick the very bugle on ya!".

no doubt you've all read it by now. The 3 year old who died from obesity. I mean how can a 3 year old end up weighing 6 stone. My hearts go out to their family and it is a sad thing to read about but what was the parent thinking?? I hope more people take note now about how obesity is a major problem in the UK!

I think that it would pay to read the small print on the ingredients listing....

The gene modified foods are very suspect - as are the colour additives -

Check the sugar content on everything - especially the soft drinks and squashes..........

Use sugar and salt as condiments and cut out sugary foodstuffs -

Go back to vegetables grown in good old fashioned muck and do not
accept gene modified foods where the British experts fired the one voice who shouted ' danger' ( he's over here now.... we won't be accepting any
gene modified alternatives, not corn nor potatoe or nowt ).....

Mind you, I'll still have a pasty when I come over for the Reunion in July.
'Because I'm worth it'
