My Weight need help!!!!!!!
I've been doing free weights and press-ups and sit-ups, I'd do chin-ups too but theres nothing suitable in my house
I've been doing lots of reps at a low weight recently, I started off doing heavy weight/low reps but I hit a peak and couldn't get any bigger
edit: my muscles got bigger but my actual figure (as in body shape/size) didn't change at all

Thats a classic,
If you noticed you only got so big up to a point...take a break. Give yer muscles a few weeks rest, then start lifting heavier weight then you were. Don't worry, you should gain.
A prolonged rest after noticeable gain is of UTMOST importance, its something alot of guys skip over. They think if they just pound weights day in day out they will constantly improve.
And remember, lots of protein.
Fish (tuna especially)
Oh and if yer REALLY serious bout this...I'd drink up to 2 litres of milk a day (for bone mass). If you can afford it that is, i can't even.

You're right about skipping over giving myself a break, I'll give it a shot but I'll feel so guilty slacking off!
I can't get enough milk, had no idea it made any significant contribution to body mass so I'll drink gallons of it now
