Sticky.
Regarding barfing emoticons,
I like the blue one,loads of range and a lot of volume.Kind of
similar to my color just before the above mentioned occurs.

Anyone see that Billy Connolly sketch about retaining water? "No, you're retaining chips." The fat on my ribs wobbled at that one.
Artist: Kudos for telling them to their faces that she's a fat bint.
Alcohol is superb for weight-gain, partially because liver (or kidney?) damage can cause water retention; but also for it's more well-documented qualities.
Further recommendations include The Simpsons episode where Homer tries to gain 61lbs. Dr. Riviera is most enlightening on the topic.

You could take complan or a meal supplement in addition to you normal food. Keep the training up and increase the ammount you eat... you could always go and find a fat bird and ask her what she eats :wink:

I tried asking for lardy cake in the baker's over the road, but they've never even heard of it! Anyone got a decent bakery near them and can put one in the post for me? Failing that I'll try the deep-fried Mars bar...

Hyperlithe - is that lithe or light by the way ?

Carbohydrates :- oinions boiled as potatoes, navy beans, lots of wholesome bread, milk by the bucketfull, eggs by the "two, four or six"
method, peanut butter, liver paste.....lots of stuff to be used for building -
but then you have to burn it at the same time - lots of training - and hard.

All meats are good but probably the best builders are the kidneys and liver - cheapest too - Combine a selection from the above - cheap and effective - lots of dynamic exercise - Bobs your uncle

It's either kidneys, liver or morning sickness for putting on weight....

I think it must be both! I'm only a couple of kilos underweight, I certainly don't look anorexic or anything. Think I'll not take the morning sickness route, the weight loss nine months later is kind of off-putting....

Have just eaten a huge panful of pasta with cheese and bacon. I feel heavier already! Still got to go for a run in the morning after work, so I'll fill up on something else while I'm there, see if the chefs have left me owt.

Well the gym closes at ten, i don't start till eleven, and there's no way i'm going running in bolton after dark! Mind you, might be incentive, got to run AWAY!!

How times change - we did all our road running at night in Gateshead -
after a canny days work........

Nobody even around then..... quiet enough in those days I suppose -
all the nutters were running - :wink:

I know a guy who got fit that way. He moved into some ropey end of Newcastle (might've been Scotswood) and spent most of his time running from A to B with crowds of shell-suits rustling behind him "how, you, I'll stick the very bugle on ya!".
